About Horabbit
A career intelligence platform for people who are doing everything right and hearing nothing back.
What it is
Horabbit reads your resume and tells you four things: where you actually stand against the roles you want, what is holding you back, which companies you have a real chance at rather than a theoretical one, and who inside them makes the hiring decision. Then it helps you write to that person, from your own email address, in a message you approve before it goes anywhere.
It is not an auto-apply tool. Those exist, they are cheap to build, and they make the problem worse by adding volume to a queue that is already the constraint. The whole argument for building this is set out in why you are not getting interviews.
Why it exists
Because the feedback loop in a job search is broken. You send an application into silence and learn nothing — not whether your resume parsed, not whether you were ever eligible, not whether the role was already filled. With no signal, the only lever that feels available is volume, and volume is the one move that reliably stops working.
Horabbit is an attempt to give that loop back: a read on where you stand, a shortlist you can defend, a real person on the other end, and a record of what actually happened.
Where we are today
Being straight about this: the product is not finished and it has no users yet. There are no testimonials on this site because there is nobody to quote, no logos because no company has used us, and no interview-rate statistics because we have not run a cohort to measure. Everything published here is either a description of what the software does or an argument about how hiring works, and the guides are written to be useful whether or not you ever sign up.
What exists right now is a waitlist. When it opens, the free plan includes the whole diagnostic, not a teaser of it.
How it makes money
Subscriptions, from job seekers. There is a free plan that is not a trial, a $7 a month plan for people running a search at volume, and a founding rate for early members. We do not sell your data, we do not take money from employers to promote their roles, and nothing in your shortlist is a paid placement. Paid plans buy more volume, not better judgment — everyone gets the same quality loop.
What we will not do

Nothing is sent without you
Horabbit drafts. You read it, you change it, you press send. There is no mode where a message leaves on your behalf while you sleep, and there will not be one. Outreach that you did not approve is not outreach, it is spam with your name on it.

It sends from your address, not ours
Messages go out through your own connected mail account, so replies come back to you and the relationship is yours. We are not a middleman in your inbox.

It will not claim a skill you do not have
This is enforced in software, not in a style guide. If a posting asks for something your history does not support, Horabbit will not put it in your resume or your message, even when adding it would score better.

Email only
No WhatsApp, no SMS, no automated LinkedIn messages. Those channels either forbid cold outreach or make you unwelcome in them. Email is the one professional channel where a specific message from a stranger is legitimate.

We do not publish outcome numbers we have not earned
You will not find "3x more interviews" anywhere on this site, because we have no cohort to measure and no right to the claim. When there is real data, it will be published with the sample size attached.
