Hi Ana, I saw the platform role. I led a 40TB Postgres migration end to end last year, which looks close to what you’re hiring for.
I’ve also run Kubernetes at scale.

Illustrative figures from an example report. Yours is read from your own resume.
The job search is broken.
Not because people aren’t trying hard enough. Because the search gives back almost
nothing you can act on.
You apply.Never hear back.
Applications land in a queue, and silence comes back with no reason attached. You can’t learn from an outcome that never explains itself.
You improve your resume.Still no interviews.
A cleaner resume doesn’t change who reads it, or whether the role was ever a realistic fit for the history you have.
You have no idea why.
This is the real problem. Until you know which part of your search is failing, every change you make next is a guess.
The problem isn’t effort. It’s missing intelligence.
Understand first. Then act on it.
Four things carry the whole search. Each one hands you something you can act on the same day.
Career Intelligence
You don’t have a resume problem. You have an information problem.
Upload one file and get an honest read: where you rank against the people applying for the same roles, what a reviewer notices first, which skills the roles you keep aiming at actually ask for, and the three things worth changing this week.
Not every open role. The ones you can actually win.
Companies and roles scored against your own history, with sponsorship reality built in. A perfect fit at a company that has never filed a petition is a closed door, not a near miss, so it never reaches your list.
Horabbit finds the person who actually decides and confirms the address is deliverable before a single word is drafted. No pattern guessing, no catch-all domains counted as a win. Verified, or it is not contacted.

Most tools do the same thing forever. This one changes based on you.
Replies, holds and bounces come back in as signal. What worked for you specifically shapes what runs next week. That is why this is the last step rather than a feature listed alongside the others.
Roles it has already found, with the link to prove it.
Every opening Horabbit has surfaced for someone so far. Named companies, real postings,
nothing invented. Your list is built the same way — against your resume, not a keyword.
Listings, scores and templates all work on the document. None of them work on the
decision: which roles you have a real chance at, and who inside the company
is worth reaching.

Listings and documents are inputs. The part nobody covers is the decision: where you
genuinely fit, who inside the company decides, and what to change before you spend another
six months finding out the hard way.
You are handing over your resume.
So here is exactly what this will and will not do with it. All six are enforced in code, not
promised in a policy page.
Never lies.
Every claim in a draft has to trace to a line in your own history. If it cannot, the draft does not get written.
Never invents skills.
A skill you have not evidenced is blocked before generation starts, not filtered out afterwards, and not left to a prompt to remember.
Never sends without approval.
You review every message before it goes. That stays on until you decide otherwise, and you can put it back at any time.
Uses your Gmail.
Outreach leaves from your own connected account, so replies land in your inbox and the thread is yours. Nothing is ever sent from our servers.
Verified contacts only.
An address is confirmed deliverable or it is not contacted. No pattern guessing, no catch-all domains counted as a success.
Your data stays yours.
Your resume is used to produce your report and your drafts. Export or delete it whenever you want.
Three numbers, against your own baseline.
Not applications sent. These are the measures your report tracks from the day you upload,
so you can see whether anything is actually changing.
Resume match
Example
Before58%After91%
How closely your resume answers the roles you are actually targeting, measured before any changes and then again after.
Interview rate

Before2%After12%

Whether a real person was reached, whether the message was specific, and whether the claims traced to your history.
Those pairings are illustrative. Horabbit is new, and we will not publish outcome numbers we
cannot yet stand behind. What you get instead is the honest funnel:
sent, held, bounced, replied, exactly as it happened, measured against where
you started rather than against a benchmark we picked.
Start free. Pay when it earns it.
The free plan is not a teaser. It includes the whole diagnostic. Paid plans exist for people
running a search at volume.
Every plan gets the same quality loop. Paid plans buy more volume, not better
judgment.
Before you upload anything.
Will you apply without me?
No. Horabbit never sends anything you have not read. It finds the roles, finds the person who decides, and writes the draft. Then it stops and waits for you. You can turn on batch approval once you trust the drafts, and you can turn it straight back off.
Will you lie on my resume?
Never. A claim that cannot be traced to something already in your history is blocked before the draft is written, not filtered out afterwards. If a target role wants a skill you have not evidenced, Horabbit tells you that is the gap rather than quietly adding the word.
Do I need Gmail?
Not initially. The Career Intelligence report needs a free account and your resume, nothing else. No inbox access. You only connect Gmail when you decide to send outreach, because messages go from your own address so replies land in your inbox and the thread belongs to you.
Can I review everything?
Always. Every draft, every contact and every change to your resume is visible and editable before anything happens. Nothing is generated and sent in one step.
Where do the contacts come from, and how are they verified?
From public sources: company sites, careers pages and public profiles. Every address is then checked for deliverability: the mail server has to exist, the domain must not accept everything blindly, and the pattern has to be corroborated by other public addresses at that company. If it does not pass, it is not contacted and you are told why.
What does the free plan actually include?
The whole diagnostic. Your full Career Intelligence report, resume analysis, the dashboard and weekly insights, plus five verified contacts and five outreach drafts a month. It is not a trial and it does not expire. Paid plans buy more monthly volume and the tracking tools, not a better report.
Does this work for visa-sponsored roles?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons Horabbit exists. Sponsorship changes which companies are even worth approaching, because a perfect fit at a company that has never filed a petition is a closed door, not a near miss. Targeting accounts for who sponsors in your country and which roles clear the salary threshold your visa route requires.
What if I get no replies?
Then that is the signal, and it gets used. Horabbit records what was sent, held, bounced and replied to, and looks at where the silence is concentrated: the wrong seniority, the wrong companies, a resume that fails the first filter, or an opening line nobody answers. The next round changes on that basis, and you see what changed and why. If the honest read is that your target roles are out of reach right now, it says so and tells you what would close the gap.
Your next interview starts with understanding
why you’re not getting one today.
